This is the checklist we go by. We offer a few different plans. Quarterly, Semi Quarterly, Yearly, and even Monthly Depending on your needs. We offer 3 different types of filters merv 8, merv 10 and merv 13 unless you want a special filter then, We do it at $120 plus the cost of the filter for service on residential and $120 a service for light commercial package units if multiple its $60 per unit after the first service. If more than 5 we usually cut a bigger deal for them per unit. Large Commercial units will be bid per system.

- Monitoring We monitor their systems with Smart Ac products. These products help us let you know when you should change your filters, clear your drain and even when your system isn't running properly.
- PRIORITY SCHEDULING Members will be pushed to the top of the service list if you have a problem. We will call and notify you when you are due for a maintenance.
